Having spent the last 5 years plying my trade as a personal trainer one thing has struck me more than anything else. It seems that in our nations endless quest for the perfect body, shape and size we all tend to hit the fad diets and then make our way to a gym where we sit down to work out. Guess what guys whether we are 2 or 82 yrs old our bodies are designed to stand up right and move.

"get of your fat to get the fat off".
Our bodies are constantly working in three dimensions even through the simplest of movements. So if you want to stay pain free and start seeing some great results for your body, then ditch the static machines and start moving.
